  • Individualized Google Spreadsheet with formatting and training specific to you and your goals, including simple and effective strength training.

  • “Peaking Cycle” - Long term training guide to make sure we stay on track to be ready and healthy for the races/events that matter the most to you!

  • Collaborative scheduling so we can work together on picking races, and planning around life events that can make training difficult (i.e. family vacations, holiday travel, work trips etc.)

  • Open Communication through call/text/email to make sure we adjust around unforeseen challenges that come up in life!

  • Intentional Communication through a daily comments within the spreadsheet. We strive to reply to comments within 24 hours on weekdays.

  • Running Community through a WCE Slack Channel where we dive into more science, and share with each other the highs and lows of endurance sport!
